We use SIMED II reservoir simulator to undertake reservoir modelling of Coal Seam Gas (CSG) prospects in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and China. It can be applied to model Surface to In-Seam drilling, medium and tight radius applications, and fracced wells. Modelling defines water and gas production in response to varying well configurations, and operating and reservoir parameters. Output is used to aid the specification of pumps, gas handling equipment, field production analysis, and project economic assessment.

• use decline curve analysis to determine well and field decline rates
• determine well and field gas production forecasting and well scheduling
• provide advice on coal seam gas well completion techniques,operational philosophies, production monitoring, and reporting requirements.
